PolyComp GmbH's expertise lies in the contract and licensed production of engineering plastics with a focus on and expertise in polyolefins. We see biodegradable or biologically based plastics as a growth market and are positioning ourselves accordingly. PolyComp is part of the Feddersen Group, headquartered in Hamburg.

All companies in the Group participate in the K.D. Feddersen Foundation. The aim of the charitable foundation established by Karl Detlef Feddersen in 1958 is to give something back to society. This includes caring for the elderly and people in need. For this reason, the foundation has been running a home for the elderly in the Lokstedt district of Hamburg since 1984.
