Apprenticeships
The dual training program lasts three years and takes place both at our company and at the vocational school in Norderstedt. As an all-rounder, you will work in all relevant administrative areas of the company. During a stay of several weeks at the Group's holding company in Hamburg, you can gain further insight into the Group. You will be given your own tasks at an early stage, allowing you to develop your skills further.
The dual training program lasts three and a half years and takes place both at our company and at the vocational school in Norderstedt. As a chemical laboratory technician, you will work in the areas of research, development and material testing and will gain in-depth insights into the diverse and complex world of engineering plastics. You will not only carry out chemical tests, but also have a variety of other tasks, such as performing qualitative and quantitative analyses and documenting various results.
The dual training lasts two or three years and takes place both at our company and at the vocational school in Norderstedt. During the first two years, you will be trained as a warehouse specialist, checking stocks, receiving goods and preparing deliveries for dispatch. After successful completion, you will have the opportunity to qualify as a warehouse logistics specialist in a third year of training. You will then also get to know the administrative side of logistics. You will be given your own tasks at an early stage, allowing you to further develop your skills.
The two-year apprenticeship to become a machine and plant operator offers an insight into the world of technology and production. Our trainees learn to operate, monitor and maintain complex machines. The training imparts knowledge of mechanics and plastics technology and develops quality awareness. The training takes place directly in our company, where they gain practical experience and get to know our processes.
As an industrial mechanic, you will take care of our diverse production facilities and machines. Your tasks will include the maintenance, repair and installation of technical equipment. During your 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will learn above all how to organize and monitor production processes, control manufacturing processes and rectify faults. With us, you will receive the ideal preparation for your professional future in an innovative and dynamic industry.
